The Cultivation index 400 program is an innovation to optimise agricultural land so that it can plant and harvest 4 times a year. Quoting the statement of the Governor of East Java, Khofifah Indar Parawansa, that East Java is the main national rice producing province which is also the 16th (sixteenth supplier ) of other provinces in Eastern Indonesia.
