​​In the "Rice Planting Acceleration Movement" activity which was held in Dempe, Ngawi Regency, the East Java Government invited Maxxi Tani to participate in the Cultivation index 400 Program in the form of supplying modern agricultural mechanisation. The Cultivation index 400 program is an innovation to optimise agricultural land so that it can plant and harvest 4 times a year. Quoting the statement of the Governor of East Java, Khofifah Indar Parawansa, that East Java is the main national rice producing province which is also the 16th (sixteenth supplier ) of other provinces in Eastern Indonesia. Thus, it is hoped that East Java will be able to achieve food security. With this collaboration it is hoped that there will be an increase in productivity in the agricultural sector in East Java, and an increase in efficiency by using modern mechanisation in the entire cultivation process.
